RED Cliffs are counting the cost of their one-point win over ladder leaders Ouyen United on Saturday after a pair of fresh injuries to recruits Jake Liston and Michael Quin.
Tigers co-coach Ash Connick was reasonably optimistic the pair didn’t have any serious issues with South Australian traveller Liston (shoulder/chest) and former Werrimull footballer Quin (hamstring tightness) benched before half-time at Quandong Park on Saturday.
Liston was returning from an ankle issue and was unlucky to pick up a fresh problem.
