Kevin had served in this position for the past four years and was the assistant president prior to that.
Kevin has also served as the Ouyen delegate. The association thanks Kevin for his support and hard work while part of our leadership team.
We hope he continues as a valued member for many years to come.
John Green will continue in the role of captain but will transition from the role throughout the year by mentoring his replacement.
Brian Young retained the position of secretary and Tony Dal Corobbo continues as our treasurer.
District delegates retained their positions for another year.
As part of encouraging, supporting and thanking our members we conduct an incentive program each year.
Players score points for participation and ability and receive cash to supplement items such as travel cost and cart hire fees.
The recipients of this year’s awards in A grade were John Green, Terry Buckingham and Ron Leamon and in B grade they were Maurice Munro, Keith Rogers and Ray Pain.
Each month we welcome new members and Rob Toms, Keith Bale and Roman Kolpin were amongst played who joined us for their first game.
It is pleasing to see new faces at district events.
It’s time to get the word out to all district vets that we conduct these monthly events providing good companionship, a chance to play on district courses and are great fun. See you next month.
