Nature strips a council problem

MILDURA Council, it’s your land and you set rules for its use for ­nature strips, but you don’t maintain them.  How is that fair to residents? Our rates are high enough.  Maintain them yourself or offer an incentive to ratepayers like a discount for maintaining it, or supply turf, pebbles etc. Carol Brandrick, Mildura
