THE stocks of Sunraysia products Jarrod Brander and Lochie O’Brien have risen after they were ranked among the brightest AFL draft prospects.
Talent guru and former Hawthorn recruiter Gary Buckenara rated key forward and key defender Brander and midfielder O’Brien in the top 10 prospects this year in a story for the Herald Sun.
Buckenara had tracked the progress of 30 players, including at the under 18 national championships, where Brander represented the Allies and O’Brien played for Victoria Country.
